Society by Ministers of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro
and Serbia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia .
At the Telecom Conference
held in Belgrade 28-29 October 2002 , the countries of the region associated themselves
with the ongoing eEurope and eEurope+ processes and signed up to adopt to
the relevant European Union legislation (aquis) in this field. Bulgaria
and Romania, already part of the eEurope+ process, are important links to give
